Client Focus
Since our inception in 1991, our focus has been to provide information
system services to Washington State Agencies. We have provided services to
over fourteen (14)
agencies on over two hundred fifty (250) projects involving a wide
range of roles and responsibilities for Internet/Intranet/Extranet,
Client/Server, Desktop, and Mainframe systems.
Our goal is to maximize our client's investment in information
technology application portfolio. We accomplish this by working to reduce
the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) while developing information systems
which maximize your return on investment (in dollar and/or soft benefits).
We strongly believe our client's are our most valuable asset. We strive
to build long term relationships based on open communication and mutual
trust, rather than maximizing the revenues of the project. We hope to grow
by proving quality and continued service on several projects. To that end,
we have established an excellent reputation among our clients and have
relationships which have endured the history of the firm (over nine (9)
years).
At Brewer Consulting Services, we believe we are successful when we are
asked for a follow-up engagement, not when we cash your check. And based
on this definition, we have been extremely successful with over 90 percent
of our work coming from prior clients. For example, we continue to provide
services to our first client - a relationship which began in 1991.
We also believe it is our role as a consultant to identify
alternatives, develop impartial analysis of these alternatives, and
provide recommendations. We then follow our client's decision, regardless
of whether it agrees with our recommendation, to the best of our ability.
